Michael has over 25 years of experience providing general business counseling and representing clients in business transactions, including a concentration in real estate. Michael’s approach to client representation is holistic, becoming a valued team member.
Notably, Michael advises clients with many matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, financing, partnerships, LLCs and joint ventures, and property development.
