Approval: PLG was able to obtain approval for partial use of the ground floor for commercial space, residential units at the ground floor and in the 2-4th floors for a total of 12 dwelling units. Additionally, PLG was able to reduce the off-street parking requirements to 0 parking spaces.

Approval:  PLG was able to obtain a variance in order to not provide the required 8 foot setback above the second story, allowing the property to sit flush with the new construction single-family homes to which it is attached.
