Brandon brings five years of prior law firm experience to PLG, having practiced in land-use and real estate at Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP and Blank Rome LLP. He provides start-to-finish legal service to land developers, from diligence to obtaining building permits, and is a zoning and subdivision specialist. He represents clients before zoning and other municipal boards in both the City of Philadelphia and its suburbs and has litigated zoning appeals in Pennsylvania’s Court of Common Pleas and Commonwealth Court.
Land planning and development has been a lifelong passion for Brandon. During college, he completed a half-year student externship with the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission. As a student at Penn Law, he received the Milton Sharp Award for excellence in the study of land-use law.
With a nuanced understanding of Greater Philadelphia’s different neighborhoods and townships, Brandon aims to enhance the region’s vitality by bringing high-quality development projects from blueprints into reality. He does so by helping developer-clients and their consultants to craft proposals that meet the goals of elected officials and local residents alike. He takes pride in being able to counsel clients to balance flexibility in their project planning with an assertion of their property rights under the law.
