Isaac has spent his career in real estate law and a lifetime in Philadelphia, which makes him an
ideal attorney to help you solve your Philadelphia real estate problems. Isaac concentrates his
practice with PLG in the areas of construction defect litigation and landlord representation. Isaac
represents clients before the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas as well as the Philadelphia
Municipal Court. Isaac has also represented developers, investors, and property owners
navigate the maze of Philadelphia zoning regulations, having appeared regularly before the
Zoning Board of Adjustment.
A seasoned litigator, Isaac subscribes to the philosophy of representing each client and working
each case as though it were his own.
In addition to the practice of law, Isaac is actively involved with the Port Richmond community,
having previously served on the board of a local registered community organization (RCO), and
currently sits as a board member of a new local park.
